Ian Slater
Chairman & CEO Prior to founding Slater Mining, Mr. Slater was the Chief Executive Officer of Fortress Minerals, a Lundin Group company, focussed on gold exploration and development in Russia. Previously, Mr. Slater worked for sixteen years for international accounting firms holding positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Partner of both Ernst & Young's Canadian Mining Practice and Andersen's Central Asian Tax, Legal and Mining Practices. Mr. Slater is a Chartered Accountant. - Tim Petterson
Vice President Corporate Development and Director Mr. Petterson worked for fifteen years in both Mining Consultancy and Investment Banking in London. He has held several senior positions including Head of Global Mining Research at HSBC and more latterly ABN AMRO, before becoming ABN AMRO's Head of Pan European Equity Research. After moving to Canada in 2004 Mr. Petterson was Managing Director Mining at Kingsdale Capital Markets. Mr. Petterson is a graduate Mining Engineer.

Robert W (Bob) Bell
Vice President Projects and Director Mr. Bell has worked internationally in the mining industry for over forty years. Earlier in his career he was employed as a Mine Manager and Mine Superintendent on numerous projects. Mr. Bell was one of the founding partners of Minproc Engineers' Mining Division and was responsible for a large number of bankable feasibility studies. Most recently, he was General Manager of the Chelopech Mine in Bulgaria. Mr. Bell has accumulated a wealth of experience in the construction of numerous mines around the world. Mr. Bell is a graduate Mining Engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines. -
Paul Bushell
Director Mr. Bushell is a sixteen year veteran of the global trading house, Glencore International, where he focussed on the expansion of their copper trading business in the former Soviet Union. He was also responsible for running a copper smelter in Russia and a copper gold mine in Georgia. Since 2002 Mr. Bushell has been involved investing in the mining industry, including the purchase, turnaround and eventual sale of a producing polymetallic mine in Armenia to Dundee Precious Metals. -
Jay Sujir
Director Mr. Sujir is a securities and natural resources lawyer who has twenty-three years experience in advising and assisting public companies. He has been a partner with Anfield, Sujir Kennedy & Durno and its predecessor firms since 1991 and is currently the senior partner of that firm. During the past three years Mr. Sujir has acted as director or officer of client mining companies which have completed in excess of $800 million in equity financings. Mr. Sujir is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the British Columbia Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange. - Jeffrey Mason
Director Through his career Mr. Mason has been a corporate officer and director to a number of successful publicly-traded mineral exploration, development and production companies. For twelve years Mr. Mason was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of Hunter Dickinson Inc. His primary occupation was the financial administration of the public companies to which Hunter Dickinson provided services. Mr. Mason is a Chartered Accountant and Chairs the Audit Committee.
